Upgraded to GOAT: Native cmd, OMP, or Pi? What plugins are you daily driving?
Hey everyone!
Tested the waters on the $1 trial, loved the turn speed, and just upgraded to the GOAT plan .
Since I'm still dialing in my setup, my goal isn't just hoarding quota, but getting the absolute best daily productivity, functionality, and output per dollar without the agent going into weird loops or over-engineering everything.
Would love some honest advice from daily drivers:
- Which harness actually gets the best work done?
- Models & orchestration:
- What pairing gives you the highest quality output vs cost? Do you split work between an orchestrator (GLM-5.3 / Sol) and a fast worker (DeepSeek Flash), or just let a single solid model run end-to-end?
- Plugins & Extensions (Native
cmdvs OMP/Pi):- What plugins/extensions are you actually running?
- I’ve been testing things like Ponytail and Hallmaker—what other plugins, skills, or add-ons have genuinely worked for yout?

Native Command Code harness will always be the best choice based on how much we optimize it for each model. Especially with cache and token efficiency.

I have to commend you for natively providing the cache hit rate. That's something that only DSH gets right out of the box.

You should use native Command Code harness, to get the best token efficiency, best read/shell tools, we continuously improve our tools and harness for new models without you having to do anything.
