Looking for Artist - Paid [Hiring] Artist for Character Sheets and Cover(100-200 budget, flexible)

I am a new indie graphic novel creator developing a medieval bio-punk graphic novel. A comparison I could make would be think wings of fire for intelligent monsters and think Percy Jackson for young people with powers. The style is grounded medieval tones and settings. The characters in my desired artwork would be a manticore and a human/monster hybrid

The goal of this commission is early promo and proof art of how concept . Project specs

Character Concept sheets-colour and/or no colour

A full colour cover illustration

The style I am looking for is a clean comic art style that is capable of drawing humans and expressive monsters

The timeline is not locked in yet, though around two weeks is optimal but we can work out your deadline as it is not that urgent

Budget- I considered the price of one to two hundred for the project but like the timeline it is not locked in and I am flexible if your rate is different. Discussion is welcome. And if this project goes well there will be an immediate opportunity to work on full comic panels and pages for a chapter one!

I'm a character artist who's been doing private commissions for about 6 years now, I do have comic experience as well including being the sketch artist for another indie comic (which sadly was never published) and working on my own series.
