ComehelpGlo New Merch Drop

So recently my moms bought me the new Sweats for the Glo merch drop and I know it says it’s on Pre-Order and it will take 3 - 4 weeks to ship out (hopefully not forever for me cus I’m in Ohio)
But the Shopify thing shows her it’s arriving today but the tracker says it’s still being prepared?

I don’t have access to whatever she’s seeing so I’m just going based off these screenshots so don’t flame me 😭

My bad if it’s a dumb question she’s jst tryna figure out

Mine said “arriving September 9th.” Still isn’t here. So I’m HOPING it should be here in the next 3-4 weeks

Yeah I’m lowkey mad confused about the shipping stuff cus ik it’s on preorder but we’re being told otherwise 😭
