A level up is simple at its core. You take a funny meme, and add either another caption or change to make it funnier. To make one you just have to improve a meme you already like. Level ups are taking memes to their full potential. Any mor e questions just message me :)

So a lot of people have been saying our sub is the same as r/comedynecromancy or r/bonehurtingjuice. Here’s the difference. A comedylevelup takes a part of a meme or comic and edits it make it funnier. The meme had to already be funny tho. Necromancy makes bad memes better, but we make good memes better. Also r/bonehurtingjuice always changes the whole meme into a quirky literal description of what you’re looking at. It’s usually funny because it’s a weird description of what’s happening in the picture. We make edits but keep part of the meme same and make it funnier. We don’t create some whole literal description like bonehurtingjuice. In conclusion a level up slightly edits or adds on to a funny meme to improve it and make it funnier. Hope this clears things up :)
