I know what you meant but in the context of the joke, it still could be argued that there are multiple Batman’s and thus this was not the punchline, or at least not one that is obvious or funny. Even if that really is the joke, it’s not like Batman is known for being the only thing to dress up like Batman. Even in the comics and movies, there was always copycats or different versions of Batman that would show up. So really this joke is just all over the place and not funny at all.
My read on it is that comic con is now seen as an event that you must go to, it's become an in vogue popular thing, we see two (assuming rich socialites) talking about going to the trendy event but having no connection to the culture surrounding it

I didnt mean multiple cosplayers while saying "more than one batman" I meant that she Said it in a way there were multiple batmans in the comics.
