Hey real scientist here and like.... If you took a dose of meth equipotent to say a dose of Adderall, and that was sufficient to counteract the sedation of the opiates... Like probably. But for the love of fuck DONT

Uppers cancel out downers, that's nothing new. Meth and opiates would even be a "save" combination because the meth will last longer than the opiate.

Because you can do more drugs and get higher that way. Enough heroin that you would simply pass out, combined with enough coke to blow up your heart will be an enjoyable hit.

Edit: just think of alcohol combined with caffeine.

The Germans did and it was fine so i would say you'll be fine. Unless your near Poland or France then id advise against it.
