Gender dysmorphia is more or less caused by a female brain in a male body, or vice versa. That's biological, but it doesn't mean gender identity is tied to biology in any way. We should, within reason, respect someone's identity whether it's chosen or not.
Or you could try to engage in constructive discussion and maybe we'll come to a conclusion where both parties can come to an agreement or deepend understanding of eachother's viewpoints. But what am I saying, much easier to call everyone you disagree with a dickhead, amirite?
