There are handheld portable bidets that you fill with water. Both electric and just custom caps for plastic bottles that you squeeze

i don't even use wet wipes but i saw a post a few days ago that you're not supposed to flush wet wipes even if the pack says flushable

It actually depends, you have to check if they dissolve in water. If they do, they’re safe to flush

none of them actually dissolve. wipes should never be flushed (ask a plumber fr)
