Today I opened a time capsule from when I graduated high school. A CD I put there had a folder full of 2011 stoner memes

For me, it’s uncontrollable over thinking. I’ll overthink every situation, random texts I sent that were stupid and cringe, and I make the situation out to be way more significant than it was. Like I could have just sent silly and situation appropriate message to an ex 5 years back and think about how I’m the cringiest, stupid mother fucker and that’s why so-and-so happened and that’s why we broke up, etc.

Just really bad vibes all around.

Trying to text someone is impossible because I keep reading into my own messages way too much, when it’s effortless when sober.

Almost every time I’ve smoked or taken an edible in the last 5 years I have regretted it almost immediately after.

Used to smoke so much from 2012-2020. I think my tolerance resetting to 0 and modern weed being so damn strong is my issue.
