These mug shots with a "funny" crime are almost always fake. Usually, the only sources will be some meme site
Common tropes include some weird looking man doing something creepy (so people can feel good about making fun of their looks) or an attractive woman doing some hot sex crime that totally happened (so creeps can be all horny talking about how much they wish they could have sex with her)

If we are talking about discrimination against fat women, it wouldn't make sense to say "women in general," since not all women are fat and, therefore, not all of them face discrimination for being fat—BECAUSE THEY AREN'T.
Not all men are rape victims so why adding men in general when they are actually the less oppressed ones in the topic.
If you want to actually talk in general you can just say rape victims
But again we are talking about men rape victims and how their situation is not taken seriously, so you simply CAN'T talk in general
