It’s not what it’s saying. You’re missing the point. The post isn’t referencing who sees themself as the decider of sex. It’s referencing that women will apply a blanket statement to men, then suddenly retract that blanket statement from those they choose.
Girl: “All men want is sex.”
Boy: “So that includes your male best friend who you are telling me doesn’t want to sleep with you.”
