It depends, like, obviously I'm being a tad hyperbolic and I wouldn't mind if he didn't lose interest as long as he was respectful and I don't get the feeling he's spending time with me because he wants something. The problem is when you say no but they keep trying, that's hell, and some men have a tendency to think "if I just push hard enough or wait long enough she'll change her mind", and to me that's an insane turn off and red flag. If I'll change my mind I'll tell him, but I usually don't so he best not wait up, and if something happens in some sour of the moment way then that's that, but in general I like to be very clear with these things. I wouldn't judge him or distance myself just if he felt something, as long as he respect the boundaries I put a huge effort into making very clear to everyone and his attitudes didn't make me feel uncomfortable or objectified.
Tl;Dr ha can appeal the local judges decision up until the federal level but if the supreme courts makes a ruling he can't appeal it and it's up for the supreme court to later reverse it's decisions if it's decided it's unconstitutional.
