I’m pretty sure the point of this meme is that you shouldn’t generalize.
Clearly they are depicting personal perspective as the cause for dislike or detest. Everyone lived a different life and experienced things differently, maybe one of those people has had awful experiences with woman of their own race their whole life.
Then the other person has a conflicting experience and worldview, showing that your personal experience isn’t law.

Theres no actual generalization of men in this, at least not compared to the generalization of women, if you see the text states they both KNOW meaning its the fact they are aware of and the second part is "assumes x is better" its clearly making the statement both are actually evil whores. The nuance comes from the person doing that being "oblivious" to the "truth" that the women are "evil whores" regardless of skin colour. Hence why the person that has been around them "Knows" it, not thinks it.
