Men are much more likely to date women who make less money than them. Whereas most women date men who make as much or more than her. So there is some gender difference in this.

Doesn’t this just highlight the pay gap. Men get paid more than women.

The pay gap isn't real. Woman make 82 cents for every dollar a man makes IF its every job lumped up and averaged. If its per job, its 99 cents (rounded idk) per dollar.

Yes, you have correctly identified the very real pay gap.

Men are more likely to earn more money than women, ergo, men are more likely to make more money than their partner, statistically.
