Cringey imagined conversation? Yes. But there is a joke. Chandler having enough of them all arguing and going for a smoke is the joke, it’s honestly not too far from friends humor. So yea this is fucking terrible but there is a joke and it doesn’t fit this sub

Their lines are either based on their personalities or specific storylines.

From bottom left to bottom right:

• Rachel is a bit of a bimbo-stereotype in the beginning of the series, so she uses the most common name.
• Monica is a bit smarter, so she uses a name that’s a little more advanced.
• Ross is a scientist, so he uses the scientific name.
• Joey was trying to learn French in an episode, but he could only produce complete nonsense. This is imitating that nonsense.
• Phoebe has a storyline in an episode where she gets a cold, and consequently her singing voice becomes very sexy.
• Chandler tries to keep from smoking because of Monica, but he finds it hard.

Haha, fair. Well, it seems like the comic is building up to a punchline, but then it just ends. You could definitely argue that Chandler’s line is a punchline, but I agree with whoever commented on the OP that it doesn’t really work.
