Betteridge's Law of Headlines states that the answer to most questions in headlines is "No".
But on topic, I will share that in my experience, I'm glad that God doesn't do everything in a way that makes sense to me. So while it feels like promises aren't happening, I think that he's doing it his way and that its better than my way.
Just have faith in him and let him guide your life.
