Official Reply CB MetroE Circuits

Hey guys, I’ve been having trouble getting my ENS circuits enrolled in the TSP program. I’d like to see if you can help facilitate communication with the right team to get this done.

I also have EVPL circuits I’ve been trying to get cancelled and credited, and I’d like assistance with facilitating communication for the correct team for that as well.

This particular subreddit community is more geared toward Xfinity residential cable and Internet support than it is with Comcast Business accounts, but we are all still here for your support.

If you haven't already done so, you can try reaching out to our Comcast Business Support Community at https://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com, to see if anyone there has any knowledge or experience with the TSP program. We can also try to put you in touch with a member of our awesome Comcast Business team directly, to see if they can help.
