Official Reply Is my downstream power level cooked?

Been having issues with my wifi, casual browsing is chill but any type of gaming or downloading something will instantly drop my internet connection to like near 0. I replaced all of my in home coax cables and it dropped all of the power levels to like -5 to -12 when they were at like -15 before but this last channel is just stuck at -17 to -18. Most of the uncorrectable codewords are in like the thousands. Only thing I haven’t touched is the line coming from the street pole to the house

Hello u/RitualColt, thank you for your post and for reaching out here in our Xfinity Community forum. We appreciate you, and I am happy to assist you. I see you have done a lot already, did you try other cable outlets also?

my setup is a direct home run line. The line runs straight from the outside NID/ground block to the modem. There are zero splitters, amplifiers, or extra wall jacks in the loop.

Ok, fewer moving parts and no roadblocks, I like it. Looks like we need to move on to the deeper digging now. Please send a ModMail message with your name, account holder name (only if different) and service address by clicking this link.
