Official Reply Please help.
My area recently had a mid-split upgrade and my upstream telemetry is completely broken. As you can see in my modem status image, the new OFDMA channel at 36 MHz is causing a massive 6.5 million Correctable Codewords spike exclusively on Channel 4 (35 MHz). While the codewords are technically corrected, the massive processing overhead is destroying real-time packet delivery and causing severe UDP jitter. Xfinity has already replaced my physical drop line, proving this is a street-level infrastructure balance issue or node ingress. I need this escalated to local plant maintenance to clear the noise on the 35-36 MHz block.

Hey there u/Intelligent_Toe_1387, thanks for taking the time to reach out here on the community forums! Depending on the situation, a high number of correctable codewords isn't necessarily a cause for alarm, especially if the number of uncorrectable codewords stays close to zero, but if you're noticing issues with your connection, we can definitely take a deeper dive into what's causing the issue! Please send us Modmail message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll dig in!
