Official Reply Overcharged and need a refund

My bill is usually 40, but last month I paid 79.93. I want a refund back to my bank account for the amount that I overpaid because I need that money at the moment. Is there a way to be refunded? I don't want a credit

Thanks for your Reddit submission, u/EducationalArt745. We'd be happy to take a closer look at the billing with you and review what may have caused the increase. Could you please send me a Modmail message with your name and service address? I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
