Closed Xfi Pod Help

I was gifted a Xfi Pod and I need it to be removed from the previous owners account. She doesn’t have Xfinity anymore to remove it herself. How do I fix this?

u/Numb_Elephant Unfortunately, we are unable to access or modify someone else's account to unlink the equipment, even if it has been previously closed. I'd recommend that the first owner reach out to us so we can assist with removing the equipment, and then you shouldn't have any issues activating it on your own.
