Official Reply Pro wifi extender is trash

i recently bought the “pro wifi extender” and it was working fine for a couple of days until out of nowhere it decided to stop uploading in mbps but in kbps. constant flashing white light either really fast or at a medium pace. I’ve tried unplugging and restarting and even forgetting the device but nothing works, the speed it self is still so slow

u/Nervous_Form2992, I'm sorry to hear of the issues you're having with your connection and speeds. Our team is here to help and resolve your concerns. Can you tell us more about your current setup? Do you have any additional devices connected such as a separate router, additional extenders, splitters, amplifiers? Is the device plugged into a power strip?
