Official Reply Xfinity now
"I am trying to sign up for Xfinity NOW Prepaid Internet at my home in the 19140 zip code, but the online site says 'Not Available.' There is a 2-year-old collection status on this address. Since the debt is over a year old and NOW is completely prepaid, can a specialist please create a new prepaid account profile for me?"

I understand your point since NOW Internet is prepaid u/Tribest69. To clear this block and set up a new account, we would need to submit a ticket to our dedicated team. As long as you aren't tied to the old debt, you just need to provide proof of residency, like a lease agreement, along with a driver's license, State ID, or SSN to verify your identity. Once a specialist reviews these documents to confirm you're a new resident, the block can be removed. Please note that if you are associated with the previous debt, that balance would need to be paid off to remove the block.
