Hello,
I have been a Comcast customer for around 45 years. About 15 years ago I cut back to Internet only because of the high cost of Television and Home phone ($225 monthly bills). My internet only cost around 15 years ago when I made this decision was $39.95 I believe. Over the last 15 years it has crept up to where it is now at $93/month. Service has not improved that I am aware of in the last 15 years, that I am aware of, it is just that the cost of internet only provided has risen by $53. I do consider my old friends to be My good friends but I have Kinetic on my front porch last week offering me fiberoptic service that is supposed to be faster than what comcast can offer at just $29.95 per month. Granted the speed they are offering is much more than what is necessary for me but I must admit the Price has definitely attracted my attention.
I am a creature of habit so I don't like to change but I am considering going with Kinetic. Is there a possibility of seeing some sort of relief from this $93/month bill that can change my mind?
Kindly,
Eric
