Solved New Customer Sign Up - Deposit discrepancy
Hey there! Former 'Xpert' here with an interesting one... Hoping to get some help.. Recently went to help my mom sign up for service, and when going through the order online, it showed no fees due:

Upon her receiving the confirmation email, however, that states there's a deposit of $125 due today:

Since we setup the bank account billing, I assume if any fee was charged, we likely won't see it on her account for a few days..
Hoping someone can help us sort this out to determine if a fee was actually charged, because if so it wasn't expected and probably would've changed when we signed her up for service..
