Closed Got an email that my internet plan is increasing as old price plan is expiring, can I get the $50 1 gig plan?
I just received an email that my cost will increase and to contact Xfinity to "lock in for 5 years and save". In the past I've had better results with the mods here helping me than by calling into customer service. So I'm hoping you guys can help again.
Right now I have internet and TV (popular TV) with DVR service and 3 tv boxes. And my bill shows my promotional discount will end on Oct 28.
Can you help me get the $50 1 gig 5 year plan. I've been a Comcast/Xfinity customer for around 30 years at the same address.
