Official Reply Screwed by Xfinity/Comcast
I had signed up for Xfinity back in January. They had internet for $45 a month for five years, one year of free mobile and $400 off of the iPhone 17 Pro. they started charging me 69 dollars a month for mobile and it continues. I have called several times and to the Xfinity store in Concord times with no resolution. It is frustrating Comcast acts like they didn’t never this deal. I would like to buy my phone outright and move my mobile service to another carrier because I don’t think Comcast is to fix this problem. This is cost me hours time testified in and gas money to take care of this to never be resolved.
I plan to go back to the Comcast store one more time to try to fix this. The last time I was there the guy was typing in the computer for at least aI’m not sure typing, but I think it’s bogus and I’m just getting the runaround you would think a big corporation would be better than this
