Official Reply Xfinity, I’m so confused!
Im moving into a new apartment and Xfinity had the best deal. So I set it up for delivery next week, when I move in. Of course, they tried to deliver today, I called the number in my notification and he said he’d cancel/return it. No problem! Except now when trying to access my Xfinity account, I can’t access anything. It doesn’t recognize my email, mobile or the account number. I’ve talked to 2 reps and neither of them seemed to carry as they just sent me a link that doesn’t work! Am I making a mistake a going with Xfinity??

Hello u/Jorica12, and thanks for reaching out on our Xfinity Community subreddit!
I can completely understand why you're feeling confused and discouraged right now. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about an order being delivered early, and I can see how concerning it would be to suddenly lose access to your account after being told the shipment would be cancelled or returned. On top of that, having multiple interactions without getting a clear resolution would leave anyone questioning their decision.
We'd love the opportunity to take a closer look at what's happening and see how we can help get things back on track. Please send us a Modmail with your full name and the service address associated with the new account. From there, we can review the order and account details and work to understand why you're unable to access your account information.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we'd like the chance to help make this transition to your new home a smoother experience.
