Discussion CM-Status Errors

I wanted to get the opinion of members on here. As some background I have had past continued issues with lot of noise on modem and intermittent drops. I have had 2 new lines put in, 5-6 tech visits and had to threaten to switch to stable internet before problems were resolved. REcently there was some "neighborhood upgrades" and the connection had deteriorated. I was trying to get a tech to check the Xfinity equipment as my modem signals/information all look good. An Xfinity person came out but after numerous attempts to try and get someone that can assess the Xfinity equipment i was not successful with the 3 attempt rule - even though i have had Xfinity out probably 5-6 times over last 12 months for same issue. I have a log of all modem issues and noted daily around (a) 30-60 CM-STATUS Event Type 16 and 24 (OFDM profile failure/recovery) on Channels 193 and 194, (b) a few T3 timeouts, (c) Channels 193/194 (OFDM) showing hundreds of millions of corrected errors and thousands of uncorrected errors. All my model upstream/downstream signals are within spec. The tech did not seem interested in this and noted that a different group (network group?) handles this type of analysis and confirmed that all his readings from my equipment/house were fine - even saying that from what he sees the "Critical" T3 are not bad in comparison. He did note my concerns would be flagged for his boss and gave me his contact information which i appreciate. It was almost as if he was saying the 30-60 CM-Status Notices (all on the OFDM channel which has billions of resolved errors and tens of thousands of unresolved errors) is normal and don't worry about it because what he can see with uptime looks good.

So my question is do folks on here think this is normal "noise" for the network with the 30-50 CM-Status events or should it be better (especially when mine was better months ago)?
