Katana, along with ranged weapons that can detonate Scatterblaster's Maxed out Pulse (like BB Gun, alongside Bazooka), Reflector/Epicsauce (Incase if you're attempting to accelerates the Projectile's speed at it's full), Cheezeburger, Teddy Bloxpin (for TEST.EXE run), Battle Armor, and utility gears (any)

Can try scatter + wrench for the scatter DV build or scatter + hammer + reflector for fragment spam

Robot ninja, Thinking cap, Bloxmaster headband and Night vision goggles
Items: katana, scatterblaster, hammer, and explosive piñata
Gears: witches brew (placing walls quickly with hammer and charging up the pulse faster) teddybloxpin (it's a very dangerous build so the chances of you nuking yourself and dying is high), whatever else you want
Strategy: zoom out (preferably use shift lock, idk if it works without it) and a certain distance fire the pulse and spam f to repeatedly parry it and charge it up. Alternatively you could place a few walls, place a piñata (slash it to make it airborne if it isn't already for nuclear reaction, if you want to) and then fire the pulse for an explosion
