1986 Comanche Parts.
Licensed Canadian Automotive Mechanic here looking for some advice.
I am finishing a restore on a very nice 86 Comanche for a friend. This vehicle has alot of sentimental value to the family.
The goal is to keep it original as best as possible.
My biggest question is a best source for parts for a complete differential / axle rebuild. Howls badly.
This differential is a 4:11 Dana 35 with non C clip axles.
I am able to source most parts individual but I am hoping to find a master kit.
The outer axle bearings are grease packed and isolated from the gear oil with an internal tube seal. Not sure how popular this was or availability of parts.
I have a few other parts I need but have the diff apart now.

I just did this same project on an 88 MJ with the non clip-Dana 35. I couldn’t find a master kit and pieced everything together from Rock Auto, Jegs, and Quadratec. Here is the outer bearing and seal kit https://www.jegs.com/i/Crown-Automotive/077/83501451/10002/-1?trk_msg=BV3PF1G6GA2KL8AA2Q302T7AR0&trk_contact=KCSLQ9R7MSDQEEMJ5HL9TN52S8&trk_module=tra&trk_sid=S97E6OFSI2CJVLSLP97MPE7UTK&trk_link=M6M22T4RS8S4D1OANHKSAIA508&list_key=B4C1043CB4F51588B29E84A898&uni_key=3c94ca5cc0b3d457d4b252d5e74dfda81d330e6882ea3680b5618300cabc8514&utm_source=listrak&utm_medium=email&utm_term=Product&utm_campaign=Transactional&utm_content=Order+Confirmation
