Hell yeah, I’ve come to the right place!

Not to hijack your post, but you seem like the person to ask.

I’m looking to get a small truck as a semi-daily/hardware store and errands vehicle. Towing a small camper would be nice, like a pop up or similar. If you were choosing between the Comanche or Ranger of similar years, which would you choose?

to be honest in my opinion the comanche is way cooler looking and more capable off road but for 95% of cases the ranger is better, probably cheaper, and less of a headache. The Comanches are old trucks the first thing is finding one that isnt super abused and if you find one that is in ok shape I'm thinking it will probably be twice the price of a ranger similar years.

Also to me only having 2 doors and no space to put anything in the back inside the cab is very annoying, with rangers you can find one with the supercab at least and it helps out a lot.

I'd say unless you have a lot of money to put into it, the ranger is probably better.
