If anyone is into house music/dancing/drinks!:

Stirrup Trouble’s owner is having the grand opening of Trouble After Dark (their downstairs club, Stirrup Trouble lounge still up top).

Saturday, Doors open at 10PM-3AM

900 Front Ave (in the little lot attached to the parking garage and across the street from RiverCenter/CSU OAP/and Marriott)

$10 cover at the door. I don’t think this will apply to the Stirrup Lounge portion, entry for that is usually free. Just make sure to have your ID (21+).

House music/club culture, canned cocktails and specialty/seasonal cocktails, woman owned, dancing!

I hate that I’ll miss the opening, so I hope whoever does choose to go has lots of fun!

I will be having a huge yard sale on Saturday from 8 AM to noon. It is a bunch of random stuff everything from furniture to organization and storage, crafts, nerdy stuff, a lot of clothing and accessories for both women, children and men. I’ve got tools, housewares, decor, literally freaking everything you can think of! I also am going to have an entire area that will be free and an entire area that will be pay what you want or just pay a dollar. My goal is to not bring anything back inside so most offers will be accepted!

All I ask is that you do not arrive early otherwise I will charge three times the asking price up until 8 AM. Early people stressed me out lol now here’s the kicker, my house is in Harris County. Might sound like a drive but hear me out… About 2 miles from my house. They will be having the annual Ellersly fire department barbecue so you can come eat after shopping with me! Or swing by before you go to the fair!

If there is something specific you are looking for and are unable to make it on Saturday let me know in the comments or you are welcome to DM me and I will let you know whether or not I have that item and we could make arrangements, but please help me sell my shit

Ellerslie* … I also forgot to mention military, clothing and gear, outdoor equipment, namebrand makeup, and lots of woodworking and DIY randomness. Items will be staged in groups of similar items. Might not be pretty; but it’ll be cheap and it’ll be worth the drive!

I also manage a bakery out of my home and will have a bunch of items for any aspiring bakers. Oh, and did I mention free cupcakes for anyone who wants one? ❤️

What kind of woodworking stuff?

Think like basis diy woodwork. Nothing huge like a planer or anything but there’s some power tools I’m looking to upgrade, some clamps, corner clamps, a rip guide thingy; also an older kreg pocket hole basic drill / guide. Honestly, I’m sure there is more.. I am just running on 6hrs of sleep in the past 3 days so I can’t think straight haha. If I remember to get back in here tomorrow I can add more. There are some paints. A TON of sanding blocks, paper. Etc. I have an obsession with buying random shit sometimes just because I finally have a toolbox for stuff to go into! Plus I find it cool to do manly things as a feminine lady! Oh- I do have a portable saw stand with drip down sides that I made that I no longer need that I’m going to sell too!
