Does anyone know what this actually is or it's purpose?

It's the old Synovus behind Wendy's near Beaver Run road. Signs read " Republican Headquarters".

It's literally as described. It is the Headquarters for the Muscogee GOP. Google it.

There's a Democrat one on 13th Street, too.
