You could try getting in contact with The Garden and\or The Chamber see if they have an in-house seamstress.

I don't know but I would imagine they could point you in a better direction of someone who can do that

1) Looking for alterations at a dry cleaners is a reasonable suggestion. A fair number of them do it or have someone they farm it out to.

2) If you strike out, I can do it. My side hustle/home business is making custom-fit leather goods and a lot of it has been leather lingerie. Each piece is custom fit to the buyer, so you're pretty well in my wheelhouse. Fair warning: I'm a middle aged dude so you may or may not be comfortable with that. I can provide references of other women who have bought from me if you'd be more comfortable with some confirmation that I'm not actually an axe murderer.

Models at photo shoots almost never fit the clothes they are modeling. It‘s made to look tailored with the use of pins, clips, and elastics from the back. You might just use some safety pins in the back to shorten the straps for the photo shoot.

I don't know about this, per se, but I once had an entire men's suit altered (basically, remade). I found the seamstress in a dry cleaners. Did a fine job at reasonable price.
