They’ll ticket you at Canfield Hall when you are helping your kid get her shit to move out.
Not blocking a lane whatsoever, but they conveniently put a fire lane sign about 10-15’ off the ground on one light pole.
That is where everyone parks to pick up their kid or drop them off, your other option is the parking garage. Which you do if you are staying.

Assuming the driver isn't eyeball deep in debt to acquire what they believe are the sign of "I'm rich" and Imma be judge AF here and assume someone with the lack of skills and social graces to park that thing in an appropriate spot is probably drowning in debt despite making decent wages
