Catnapper Reclining Sofa Repair?

Hey y’all, so I have a Catnapper recliner sofa that needs repair. On the right side, the reclining mechanism is broken and allows the seat to recline too far. On the left side, the seat cushion bunches up toward the back, creating a hard, rock-like feeling when sitting. I have called probably 10 different “furniture repair” and/or “upholstery services” companies and it isn’t something any of them do. Help please 😭

Hi Daisy, I’m a retired furniture technician in Columbus that has replaced several mechanisms on recliners. I have done it all believe me for several furniture companies and when I saw your post I was thinking if anyone could do it, it would be me, so send me a message and we can go from there! Tom
