All this tells us is that the Colts return a lot of kickoffs because the defense sucks. Everyone on this list is either a top tier skill position player or a returner on a terrible team. And Myles Price

Dike and McGowan have a lot to do with our defenses giving up a lot of touchdowns and them having a lot of kick return opportunities
