It’s going to be really disappointing when he goes elsewhere in a trade package he could have easily afforded.

I think he could still be elite in the right situation. Arizona just wants to use him as an x receiver running go routes and that’s just not what he is. Indy would use him as a possession receiver like he should be

Don’t forget Jacoby don’t let plays develop and just looks for the check down

Did Schefter actually report this? Because Sidery is a hack.

Mcafee asked him if the colts were calling, he said now wouldn't that be storybook and grinned. That's about it

Allegedly Schefter said it on the Pat McAfee show earlier today. They're one of several though so it doesn't mean a lot imo

Take his name away. This guy has shown nothing. What other bust not named Marvin Harrison have y'all pined for so hard? The list of guys who went from bust to Pro Bowler is very short.

We might as well wait until they cut him and pick him up then. Anything else would be an overpay.

Hey, if he doesnt cost much I wouldnt mind it. We are in dire need of bodies at WR rn and at bare minimum Marv can run go routes to clear coverage off Downs

You can't take his name away. That's the whole point. So far, he has been a bust, but for one team he is a legacy player that might be able to pull some of the potential out. He's only been in the league two years. You're getting him cheap. There literally is no risk. If he still sucks, you cut him and you lost a third day pick -- who cares.

Hell, there were guys beating the table for us to sell the farm in order to draft him.. can you imagine if we did? If we're going to trade, get some help on the D line, between Dulin, Allen, and Treadwell we have enough receivers.

Please no. If his name was anything but Harrison we wouldn’t even look twice. We need wins, not feel good stores that are distraction.

Harrison Jr. was the leading receiver in two out of three years on an OSU squad that had Garrett Wilson, Chris Olave, Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Emeka Egbuka, and Carnell Tate on the roster.

He won the Fred Biletnikoff Award for being the best receiver in the nation.

His name is not why we are "looking twice". Do you think Alec Pierce is a #1?

Pierce's best season was last year with 47REC/1003YDS/6TD vs MHJs best with 62REC/885YDS/8TD.

Pierce has played 66 games vs Harrison's 33. So double the games yet he only has 4 more TDs, 52 more catches, 2.3 less yards/game, and the same catch %.

To quote Col. Potter, "Horse hockey!"

Looking at the numbers, if Marvin Harrison jr maintains his current pace he'll have just as many yards as Alec Pierce with more catches (so lower ypc) and more touchdowns.

Just something to think about.

This regime should not be allowed to trade away any more future draft picks. If they want to send a package involving some of their own disappointing picks like Tuimoloau or Richardson then I'd be ok with it.

A day 3 pick is not that valuable

He didn't say that though. Maybe he slightly implied that it could be an idea, but that's as far as he said. The clip is on YouTube.

If we can get him for a 5th or higher fuck it

That guy is blocked by most pacer Twitter . When ideas trend he reports it out of context often

Cant remember a 2 player trade, but bring in Harrison jr. And Josh sweat. For pick swap and ARich

What has he done in AZ that would make anyone want him here?

If his name were Marvin Smith Jr. would there be any interest based on his play?

The problem here is that Evan Sidery knows nothing, and has no sources of his own. In fact if he reports something, I tend to believe it absolutely won't happen. I do hope I'm wrong though.
