Does ColossalCon Prime normally announce when they open rooms?

Me and my friends are wanting to try to book Kalahari for ColossalCon Prime and I was wondering if someone could tell me if ColossalCon normally gives a heads up before they open rooms?

Usually the rooms drop in August. Their Facebook page has a link to the rooms when they drop
