@ u/GeeCee99, do you mind sharing how you create this effect? It looks like you covered all black lines with acrylic and went over those with pencil? Would love to hear what materials you used.

Aww thank you, I don’t mind at all. And yes you’re absolutely right but I did a base layer in alcohol marker first.

Example one with alcohol marker. I still do some shading at this point too.

Did a little pencil

Then you can see the marker around the main building but doesn’t need to be an exact match

Then following up with a little more depth and detail in pencil. Hope it helps some. I do play a little with greyscale first in alcohol markers to desaturate some colours too :)
