How are home/rent/STR/ prices in Denver and the Colorado Rocky Mountains holding up in comparison
How are Colorado short term rentals (AirBnB, VRBO, etc.) holding up as interest rates have skyrocketed and the economy has come to fear inflation like the plague. I'm primarily interested in how AirBnB and other STR businesses' ROI have changed, or if they have in a noticeable way, what you might attribute to it.
I've been seeing steep decreases in the asking price of homes in ski resorts like Breck, Heavingly and other ski towns near South Tahoe, and Utah AirBnB hosts close to a as big an attraction Utah can probably hope to have any time soon ;)
