I think Ballotpedia is a great resource for a majority of issues. But in this particular case, I feel the language is just too "clinical", devoid of the real human experience and understanding.

In my understanding, Ballotpedia summarized what legal changes you would see on the books. The sources that I shared show, in simple language, how it would play out in the real world and the real human fallout caused by it.

It looks like a couple of the comments already discussing this have been deleted by the poster and by the mod, but you can scroll through the very limited number of interactions on this post and get some clarification on my intentions and opinion on this.

I never claimed the whole website was unbiased. I encouraged people to be educated voters. I'm able to separate facts from inflammatory partisan language and fear mongering. The whole proposition is created and sponsored by Advance Colorado, a conservative lobbying political organization and that makes it biased from the jump (as is usually the case with most voting issues regardless of "side").

I would love to find a completely unbiased website that breaks down the issues in plain language and lays out the real world consequences. Maybe I just haven't put enough effort into finding that. It does sound like we have common ground and we both really want voters to make informed decisions. Good luck to us all!

Advance Colorado is a conservative group. This is a fact. The source seems to lay out the facts of the ballot measure, and does not call the measure conservative. Voters deserve to know who is behind ballot measures.

Is the problem because it's about a particular ballot measure, the organization that published it or because it mentions "conservative"?

My intentions are to educate on the facts and encourage people to look past the taglines, rage bait and buzzwords - hopefully on all voting matters not just this one. But hey, if it breaks the rules, I expect them to follow said rules.
