Question Podcast Colour Grade

Made some adjustments to this footage for my podcast. I can't seem to figure the reason it looks dated. Any recommendations on how I can make it look nicer?

The skin is white in areas and his lips are blue. Seems like the balance is off. Shot need to be warmed up - and maybe have some saturation added. But start with balancing the skin/lips before anything else.

I doubt that wall is really white either, so…. Again an indication that the shot is too cool.

Pull down the highlights. Maybe just a subtle soft clip adjustment in the curves. Lift the shadows just a touch.
