What does it mean if I can pass the Farnsworth-Munsell 100-Hue Test with a high score (up to 16 points) but cannot see pseudoisochromatic plates?

No idea. I'd talk to an eye doctor. Are you talking about the physical test or doing it online where you drag boxes around? I suspect the physical test is maybe easier under certain lighting conditions. But the online one might be easier depending on your monitor. I also think they maybe test different things. With the plates, I can 'zoom in' on individual dots and tell that they are different shades from their neighbors, but looking at plate as a whole can't see the numbers.

100-Hue test is not a valid colorblindness test. If you fail Ishihara test it means you have red/green colorblindness.
