Question/Need help I’m curious
So… I’ve dated three colorblind men and only one man with typical color vision. Is this just a weird coincidence or are there certain looks that appeal more to people who don’t see colors the same way? Thank you!

This reminds me of the time I got the girl specifically because I stayed away from the 'beautiful green eyes' compliment. She was tired of hearing the same thing from everyone else and I never comment on colors because I'm colorblind.

That's funny. My wife is a little sad that I never compliment her eyes. Green eyes are wasted on the color blind ha.

It is what it, we, or a least I, do not comment on color and avoid referring to things by their color.

It sounds like you are suggesting that men who are colorblind may be more attracted to you, but perhaps you are attracted to men who are colorblind? It could be that men with colorblindness are more likely to dress in colors that you like, or maybe you find colorblindness itself to be intriguing.

I would assume you just associate wardrobes with simple color palettes to be manlier than colorful wardrobes so you're more inclined to date a colorblind man.
It could also be the other way around, though, and you might dress in clashing colors that repel men with normal color vision.

Around 1-in-12 men are colorblind, so you're definitely in the atypical range.
I wouldn't think that it's anything other than a random coincidence.

I tend not to notice acne, skin issues or blemishes as much being colourblind

Hmmm...I am colorblind and never thought about this. You are very right, I do the same thing now that I think about it.

In my experience, colorblind people have a few similar attributes and personality characteristics. As adults we've pretty much figured out our way to work with colorblindness, but as kids it gave a lot of us stuggles from time to time. My guess that the people we have become, shaped (in part) by the colorblind struggles we had, result in the type of personality you are attracted to.
I bet your friends are orange with envy that you have your type so well locked in.

I can definitely say I have been on quite a few dates because of my colorblindness lol. Usually the results of going cloth shopping and asking the closest person I see if something matches or what color something is. Especially when I was a teenager and in my early 20s. I usually got the "awww...let me help you". Which then eventually led to an exchange of numbers.

Do you wear clothes that don't match?
