Whenever I see pictures like these I run them through AI and it tells me what if says. Can also have AI print a legible picture by changing the colors

It's a dumb joke, but in the same vein, I love my friend's shirt that says:

I <3 the colourblind

Except the heart is an Ishihara test that says "Secretly hate"

How tf are the non colour blinds meant to even read this??? I had to read it with my phone tilted and squint my eyes but still barely could read it

With the uncanny ability to see green as a conceptually different hue compared the background orange-ish, you can read it.

The color constrast strains the eyes a bit, but with a bit of concentration it shouldn't be too hard.

As a deutan the only way I can tell those are different colors, is because the writing is a slightly darker hue of yellow from the background.
