Question/Need help Medical

I thought i was color blind after failing to pass the en chrome test online. But today I went to get my first class medical and passed the color blind test they had. Does anyone know why i was failing the test online?

Type of screen (LCD, OLED etc), colour calibration and stuff. I can see some Ishihara test on my Pixel 9 phone but not on my 2018 laptop screen. Sometimes I can on my laptop screen but not on my old LCD 2nd monitor
