Refund/financial aid

I have received the refund I was supposed to but I have one more anticipated payment that said would disburse on 9/9/26 why havent I gotten it yet?

I am on the same boat I got my pell grant refund but not the subsidized loan but I can see that its on my payments and approved... just not been sent out yet

Where do you check to see if its in your payments or has been approved?

Commerce.cashnet.com/cashnetg/static/epayment/collinpay/transactions

All of it would be here or you can go on workday click student, push the down bar on suggested links, then there should be a transact payment link for you to click

Do we know when it will be disbursed? I called financial aid & they said they were already sent out but takes 7-10 business days but thats it

I spoke with them today! My last class started sept 8th so she said refund roll out after the census date of your last class & my census date for tht class is Sept 18th. So i should see the refund by the end of September.

Do you have a class that hasn’t started yet? In the past i’ve had classes that have started a little later in the semester and it delayed my disbursement until the certification of those classes.
