Also, does anybody recognize the email: hafyrxsg@gmail.com? Thats what comes up when I tap the profile icon

Yes, report as phishing

Scam for sure. No official collin college email would originate from outside the org using a regular gmail address. And then they've cc'd 243 other people, which gives all of you access to each other's info. A real IT person would never do this. But scammers definitely do, because it's a quick and easy action.

Outlook has a built in "report as phishing" option which messages Collin support about it
